While this electioneering communications report cites only Ronald Rabin, the advertisement also addresses Sens. Chad Barefoot (R-18) and Wesley Meredith (R-19). Sens. Barefoot and Meredith had no GOP primary challengers, nor were there Democratic primary elections in their districts. Presumably, as the Natural Resources Defense Council did, the SELC chose not to disclose the costs related to the portion of the communications that identify Sens.
