Justice For All NC's second quarter report reveals $900,000 ad campaign against Robin Hudson

Justice For All NC's second quarter report, released today, shows $899,000 towards an attack ad against Robin Hudson, which aired during the period leading up to the May 6 primary. The ad was largely financed by the DC-based Republican State Leadership Committee, which gave Justice For All a total of $900,000 on April 23 and April 30. The $899,000 was divided over two ad buys on April 24 and April 30. Hudson beat two conservative challengers in the primary and faces one of them, Eric Levinson, in the November general election as she seeks to hold her Supreme Court seat.

Other recent contributions to Justice For All include $30,000 from Reynolds American on October 21, 2013 and $50,000 from DC-based American Federation for Children on June 3 of this year, after the primary. Both groups had previously contributed to Justice For All in the 2012 election cycle.
